What HearSay sells

HearSay provides a one-time Customer Voice Audit: a one-page written brief, delivered by email as a PDF, summarizing a business's publicly available online reviews. Each brief covers what customers praise most, the complaints that repeat, a snapshot of two nearby competitors, and a recommended first fix. The price is $49 USD, paid once. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.

Sources and accuracy

• Briefs are based on reviews that are publicly available at the time of the audit on Google, Yelp, Facebook, and the Better Business Bureau (and Angi for home-services businesses).
• Every brief states exactly how many reviews were analyzed on each platform. If a platform's reviews cannot be accessed publicly (for example, because the platform requires a login), the brief says so.
• Short quotes in a brief are excerpts of public reviews, included so you can verify our counts and themes yourself.
• A brief summarizes customer opinion as expressed in public reviews. It is an informational report, not business, legal, or financial advice, and it does not guarantee any particular business outcome.
• HearSay is not affiliated with Google, Yelp, Facebook, Meta, the Better Business Bureau, or Angi. Review content belongs to its authors and the platforms that host it.

Ordering and delivery

• Orders are placed through our checkout, which is processed by Stripe. By ordering, you confirm that you are authorized to purchase on behalf of the business named in the order.
• Your brief is delivered within 3 days of your order to the email address used at checkout.
• It is your responsibility to provide the correct business name, city, and email address at checkout. If the details are wrong and we cannot identify the business, we will contact you; if we still cannot complete the audit, we will refund you in full.

Refunds

If we are unable to deliver your brief, you receive a full refund automatically. If your delivered brief is materially different from what is described on this site, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@hearsayaudits.com and we will correct it or refund you.

Use of your brief

Your brief is licensed for your business's own internal use. You may share it within your business and with your own advisors. You may not resell it or publish it as your own work.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.
